The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, alignments, and digital vehicle inspectionsIndependently complete brake and suspension repairs—including brake pad and rotor replacement, caliper service, shocks, and struts—to ensure safe and reliable vehicles for our GuestsContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsTechnicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate  concerns Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
